1. General

By using PreeGreen's website and services, you agree to these terms and conditions. PreeGreen is a food delivery service operating within Banswara, Rajasthan.

2. Orders & Delivery

• All orders are subject to availability.
• Free delivery is available within Banswara city limits only.
• Orders are typically delivered within 24 hours of confirmation.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders if delivery address is outside our service area.

3. Payments

• We accept payments via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking) and Cash on Delivery (COD).
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Payment is required at the time of order placement for online payments.

4. Subscriptions

Monthly subscription plans auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us on WhatsApp. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Product Quality

We guarantee the freshness and quality of all our products. If you receive a damaged or unsatisfactory product, please contact us within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
